    this year. WeThis will help us prepare for the district-wide middle school benchmark test on Wednesday. I encourage you to also begin areview any notes and papers at home.We will conclude our two-week service learning unit. On Tuesday, I will share a powerpoint presentation with you about service learning. From thereunit as well. Last week we will choose a projectresearched various Wish Book projects and voted on Adopt-an-Angel and Good Karma Bikes. This week we will work to implement that project by the end of the semester. This is a great time of the year to think about wayspromote our projects, so we can support those in need.

    week we will be learning aboutdoing short reviews over the aspirations and ideals of the people who made up our nation.many topics that we have covered this year. We will use what we learn to create an original question and answer game. This will give you an opportunity to demonstrate youralso begin a two-week service learning AND your creativity and innovation. This assignment is due 12/6. You canunit. On Tuesday, I will share your final gamea powerpoint presentation with your family at our second open house on 12/17. Please seeyou about service learning. From there we will choose a project and work to implement that project by the Peopleend of the semester. This is a New Nation tab forgreat time of the powerpoint I will share with you this week.Thankyear to think about ways we can support those in need.

    Monday, 11/15: Create a poster that might have been used to encourage people to support ratification of the Constitution. Your poster must include:
    a catchy slogan
    three reasons why states should ratify the Constitution
    a visual to accompany each reason
    extra creative touches to make your poster visually appealing (borders, lettering, etc.)

    This will serve as your chapter 8 assessment. You
